How does the 14-day free trial work?There’s no risk, no obligation and no credit card required during your trial. At the end of the trial your account will expire and you can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the “account” link on your dashboard. Is there a minimum commitment?PhotoMerchant is a monthly subscription service without any long term contract. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees or obligations. Can I change my plan at any time?You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with a limit of one upgrade and one downgrade per month. Changes are instant and your next billing cycle will be charged pro-rata. |
How do I get paid?The total value of any sale is deposited directly into your PayPal account (minus PayPal’s transaction fees). Any related print, shipping and transaction fees will then be deducted from your credit card within 14 days. What are my payment options?At present, you will need a Visa or MasterCard to upgrade to one of our paid plans. My country is not listed, can I still use PhotoMerchant?PhotoMerchant is currently only available for US and Australian customers due to the way local taxes, currency support and shipping is calculated. Do I need to be a Burrell or Nulab customer in order to use your service?You don’t have to have an account with Burrell Colour Imaging or Nulab to use PhotoMerchant. Our service gives you the flexibility to use your own print lab of choice. Existing Burrell Colour Imaging and Nulab customers of course can expect to receive the same high levels of quality and support accessing their services via PhotoMerchant. I already have a website, can I just use the shopping cart facilities?Yes, you can use PhotoMerchant as a facility for hosting and selling your photos online. You can easily turn off any non-essential web pages and then link your current website and your PhotoMerchant to each other. * PhotoMerchant charges a Transaction Fee on the total retail value of any order placed through your account, before tax and before any discounts are applied. Transaction Fees are charged to your credit card within 14 days of an order being processed.
